1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Ulyse Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Ulyse is a Chrome extension that intercepts YouTube search queries and uses an AI model to help users with ADHD stay focused by validating whether a search aligns with their stated goals. The service is provided as-is and requires an active internet connection.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Ulyse offers a free tier with a limited number of validations per month.
  • The Premium plan costs €5 / month and unlocks higher usage limits.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but exceptions may be made at our discretion — contact us to discuss.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or abuse the API rate limits.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Automate requests to the Ulyse API beyond normal extension usage.

6. Limitation of liability

Ulyse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The AI model may occasionally block or allow searches incorrectly — it is a support tool, not a medical or clinical product.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and code belonging to Ulyse are our exclusive property. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
