Ulyse (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website ulyse-adhd.com and the Ulyse Chrome extension. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

• Account data: email address and password (stored securely via Supabase).
• Usage data: number of API calls made each month to enforce plan limits.
• Payment data: billing information processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers on our servers.
• YouTube search queries: queries sent from the Chrome extension are processed in real time to validate intent and are not stored permanently.

3. How we use your information

• To provide and maintain the Ulyse service.
• To authenticate you and manage your subscription.
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
• To contact you about your account or service updates.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

• Supabase – authentication and database.
• Stripe – payment processing.
• OpenRouter – AI model inference (search validation). Queries are sent to OpenRouter and subject to their data handling policies.
• Vercel – hosting and edge functions.
• Upstash Redis – rate limiting.

5. Data retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Monthly usage counters are reset each billing period. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
